The Colin Murdoch Studio was set up in 2012 by husband and wife team, Colin and Heather Murdoch. With a Fine Arts degree and over 20 years’ experience in the design and creative sector, Colin is a highly experienced photographer who has exhibited his photography and artwork in galleries over the years. With a relocation to North Yorkshire last year, he and Heather decided to pursue a full-time photography business and now offer wedding, portrait and lifestyle photography services.
Providing a mix of reportage and traditional wedding photography, they believe that the most important part of your wedding is the love you share with your family and friends. They prefer to keep things simple and real by capturing the love and emotion of your wedding day right through from the bridal preparations to your first dance, to ensure you end up with beautiful images to treasure and look back on throughout your life together.
The Colin Murdoch Studio can provide wedding coverage throughout North and West Yorkshire, Lancashire, and Cumbria, but they’re also happy to travel further afield if you’d like them to.
Their full day package includes:

all editing and post-production of images

a DVD in a customised presentation folio with a minimum of 300 high resolution images with rights to print and share them for your own personal use (low-res versions, re-sized and ready for use on the web, also included)

a password-protected online gallery

an engagement/pre-wedding shoot with one complimentary 8”x 10” print of your choice.
They can also design handmade wedding albums by Folio, which use high quality fine art paper and are finished with contemporary leather covers, as well as offering beautiful fine art prints, canvases, box frames and other products for those special photos.
