“ Indigo Sage was created by Jo Richards.
A professionally trained photographer, Jo found her passion for creating in textiles as a child, being taught to sew by her mother, but she renewed this interest after the birth of her first child in 2010.
She works with vintage and new fabrics, an eclectic mix of styles and colours, and creates bespoke items for her clients with a personal touch.
She creates for the wedding market, as well as gifts and homewares, and she is launching a new range of handmade wedding accessories in the autumn of 2013.
She combines traditional hand embroidery and beading techniques with more modern machine freestyle embroidery and applique to give her pieces depth and personality. “
