I am very lucky to be able to work doing something I love.
I have been interested in documentary 
style photography for almost 20 years, and worked for several years as a travel photographer. In my travel photography, I always preferred people in my pictures, for me they somehow brought the picture alive. I was always looking to make a connection with the subject and looking for the right moment to press the shutter.
It was a natural progression two years ago, when after being asked by lots of friends and family to capture them in natural environment, I set up Mary Smith Photography and I cover Weddings and Family Lifestyle Photography and have been committed to learning and training ever since. One thing that has remained constant is my interest in capturing people and their emotions. My style of photography is perfectly suited for weddings as it is a day of lots of emotion, love and special moments, providing you with a set of pictures that tell a story of the day, plenty of candid shots for your album as well as beautiful, creative pictures.
I offer a professional approach to your day, and included in all packages is a free Pre Wedding Shoot, a chance for you to relax in front of my camera and see how I work.
