Now you and the chosen few will have the joy of shopping for their dresses.
This is an exciting time for all of you but can also be stressful if not thought out properly.

Firstly, you need to think about the sizes and shapes of your chosen ladies!
One certain style will not suit everybody and you need the ladies who will be by your side to feel as comfortable as possible as there will be lots of eyes looking at them as they lead you down that aisle.
Secondly, colours! Think carefully and ask all concerned what colours they absolutely will not wear! At the end of the day, the final decision will stand with you but again; you want them to feel comfortable in what they are wearing and not want to change as soon as the ceremony is over because they hate the colour.
Thirdly, think about the length of the dresses. Long dresses can make shorter people look even smaller and likewise with the short dresses making taller girls look all legs!
The final point I think that is a very important aspect and may be obvious; is the cost! If you are having 10 bridesmaids, you will have to think about your budget and go for ten cheaper dresses unless of course you have a large budget! Cheap doesn’t mean nasty as there are so many stores opting to have wedding sections in their clothing lines nowadays and also, there are so many places to get wonderful gowns that the choice is endless.
