Launched in 2011, Glorious Tiaras, bridal hair accessories, and vintage brooch bouquets are designed, and hand crafted in Cheshire, exclusively by Heidi Reid.
In 1996 Heidi, a Manchester Metropolitan University Arts graduate, sought out, and fell in love with a wedding Tiara that enhanced her ‘vintage Hollywood film star’ look. In 2002 a visit to the V&A Tiara exhibition cemented the love affair and Heidi started researching the history of the tiara, seeking out further inspiration, and experimenting with wire, crystals, and pearls. In 2011, after encouragement from family, friends and wedding industry professionals, Heidi gave up her job as a local radio presenter to concentrate on Glorious Tiaras full time.
All Glorious designs are completely unique, and channel inspiration from glorious, glamorous tiaras and hair accessories from decades gone by.
Glorious vintage brooch bouquets each feature 20-30 genuine vintage brooches worked around a specific colour theme, with the opportunity for brides to request that cherished family jewellery be incorporated into their finished bouquet.
Glorious Tiaras exhibited to great success at the NEC National Wedding Show in March 2013, with brides responding to Heidi’s attention to detail, helpful advice, and fabulous customer service.
Glorious Tiaras and bridal hair accessories use Swarovski crystals, fresh water pearls, and other exciting materials, in designs intended to make brides feel radiant, elegant, and totally Glorious!
All pieces are made to order, and can either be bought as finished pieces direct from the website, or clients can use the Glorious bespoke service and have Heidi adapt their chosen design to reflect their style for no extra cost.
